Well.... here we are again on the roller coaster of weight loss. I am getting really frustrated at this point. I'm at the almost 3 week mark of ripped, I have worked very hard this week trying to hit a big number at the end of it and with one workout left, I still haven't lost anything since Tuesday. Both days I have hit my mark on calories and diet, maybe then some.
I know, inches are where it matters. But thats not really changed either since Tuesday. I have absolutely killed it in the gym too. I pushed myself so hard, especially on the treadmill through very painful shin splints. I hope that after a day off today, I can kill it tomorrow morning, have the day off sunday and wake up below 250 on monday morning.
who knows though. no motivation today. Is Friday over yet?

ReplyDeleteyour body is at the point where it's building muscle, which is heavier :S So even though the scale might not reflect it you are still getting trimmer and in better shape! And it has to do this, especially the harder you work out. It will get back to burning fat soon enough. :)
