Sunny Arizona

The hardest part of starting this program will be this week. I made it back from home in Colorado last weekend weighing in at 256 lbs - what I weighed before I left which is a HUGE success. The trying part will be making it through the CHL League Meetings this week in Arizona.

I am very excited for the conference and very ready to go have some fun in the sun, however it is not going to be getting me prepared to start the Ripped program next Monday.

To counteract some of this being gone I have packed protein powder, a shaker and some snacks in my suitcase to help plan for the unexpected and hopefully I can get a chance to use the gym while I am there one of the days.

  1. Here's the deal...that all sounds good. However, RESOLVE to go to the gym. It has *HAS* to be a priority. I'm not sure how long you'll be there, but if you're there for 4 days, hit the gym twice. Less? Resolve to go AT LEAST once. Make it happen, no excuses. Good luck FWEND!
